Heavy Rainfall Cancels Deer Creek Clash
With heavy, persistent rainfall hitting Deer Creek Speedway for several hours Thursday morning leaving the facility unsuitable for racing combined with weather models showing thunderstorms arriving in the evening, World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and track officials have agreed to cancel the Deer Creek Clash.
If you purchased a ticket in advance for Thursday’s Deer Creek Speedway event, you will receive a face-value credit to your MyDirtTickets.com account – good for two years – to be used toward any World of Outlaws event available at WorldofOutlaws.com/tix. If a credit to your account does not work for you, then you have until Aug. 10 to request a refund.
The World of Outlaws now shifts its focus to the Larry Hillerud Memorial Badger 40 at Wisconsin’s Wilmot Raceway on July 11-12. For tickets, CLICK HERE.
